Manayunk Brewery

On our way back from Valley Forge, we stopped off at Manayunk Brewery.  We sampled their beers and tried their pizzas.  By the way, their personal pizzas are huge!  Do not make the mistake of getting an appetizer and think you can then eat the whole pizza-it could be done, but you'd be miserable.

Here are our first beers-the Yunkelweizen, which is a dark wheat, great flavor and didn't taste like a German wheat beer.  Very good.  The other beer was the Al Tercation, it was light, crisp and complimented the food well.

Carrie had the Schuylkill Punch, it had overtones of raspberry and was really good actually.

Our pizza came just as we ordered another round, here is my Provi-wit pizza that had shaved sirloin, onions, and cheese-very tasty!
